Returns Policy

We hope you won’t want to return any items you have bought from us, but if you do please read this information carefully. Our returns policy lasts for 28 days.

In the event that there is a problem with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible.  If it is an error made by The Skin Hug Soapery we will rectify this.

We can only accept returns on unopened and unused soaps, shampoos, accessories and gift boxes.  They must be in their original packaging.

Sale items cannot be refunded unless there is a fault or the item is damaged.

Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@theskinhugsoapery.com or use the contact us section on our website.

The original postage costs will not be refunded when returning an item unless there is a fault and returns postage will need to be paid by the customer.  If you are returning an item to us over the value of £35 you should consider using a trackable shipping service.

 

Returns will be processed by us within 5 working days of receiving the returned items, often much sooner.

 

The refund will then be processed by Paypal or the payment method you used in accordance with their refund policies.

 

Before returning any product please contact us and we will confirm where to send a return if this is appropriate.​
